SMS Terms

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Genevive’s internal SMS notification program (“Program”). The Program is designed for Genevive employees and authorized personnel to receive important company-related text messages, including announcements, scheduling updates, alerts, and other operational communications.
2. Message Types
Participants may receive text messages that include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling reminders and shift updates
- Meeting notifications and reminders
- Internal alerts (IT, HR, facilities, emergency, or compliance)
- General internal announcements
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs, typically ranging from 2 to 6 messages per month.
4. Consent and Opt-In
By submitting your mobile number through Genevive’s employee information system or other authorized HR process, you consent to receive SMS communications from Genevive for internal purposes only.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Genevive message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. To rejoin, reply START or contact your HR representative.
6. Help Instructions
For assistance with the Program, text HELP in reply to any message, or email servicedesk@genevive.org for additional help.
7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. Participation is not a condition of employment or continued access to company resources.
8. Privacy
Information collected as part of this Program is handled in accordance with Genevive’s Privacy Policy.
