Genevive has been a leading provider in value-based care since 2003. We offer primary care, care coordination, and care management services to older adults. We employ a diverse group of over 200 employees that consist of over 50 providers (Physicians and Nurse Practitioners) and 60 care coordinators. We focus on providing expert, compassionate, and accessible care to those we serve.
